About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our growing team at StaffSmart Outsourcing in Pampanga. This is a full-time position where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. No prior BPO experience is required, as we are committed to providing comprehensive training to ensure your success in this dynamic role.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering and responding to inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
  2. Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently and effectively
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  5. Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
  6. Continuously learning and developing your customer service skills

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and connect with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  3. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  4. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

  6. High school diploma or equivalent
