About the role

Sunrise Search & Support Inc. is seeking a highly capable and motivated Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time work-from-home position based in Angeles City, Pampanga, offering the flexibility to balance your professional and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with a wide range of inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
  • Adhere to call centre performance standards and meet or exceed key metrics
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with call centre software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
