Job Title: HR Recruitment

Job Description:

We are seeking an HR Recruitment staff to handle and support the company's hiring process. This role involves sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with applicants and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and reference checks when needed.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and update applicant tracking records.
  • Support the onboarding process by collecting documents and scheduling orientations.
  • Maintain organized and confidential recruitment files.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • With or without recruitment experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to work in South Caloocan City.
  • Can start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,127.00 per month
