Job Description

As a Human Resources Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and generating reports for an HR information system. This includes processing employee information, maintaining employee records in the HRIS, preparing statistical summaries and special reports from HRIS involving skills, pay grade, performance data, payroll information, and other employee records.

You will ensure the accuracy of HR information entered into the system and test new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of HR procedures.

This role involves collaborating with the HR Manager and HR Business Partner and other stakeholders to determine HRIS needs, analyzing HRIS performance metrics, and resolving application issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Psychology or Human Resources or related field
  • At least three (3) years of relevant work experience
  • Working knowledge of employment & labor law, benefits programs, and respective laws that apply
  • Clear communication skills with ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with individuals at all levels within the organization
Key Responsibilities
  • Create user accounts, manage access, and update employee information
  • Perform system upgrades, as well as provide training and technical support
  • Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management
  • Maintain databases, analyze data, ensure data integrity, and run queries
  • Record and securely store HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data
  • Audit HR processes and documents, including payroll administration, staff turnover, hiring, and termination of service when required
Preferred Qualifications
  • High level of customer focus and ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed, positive, and ethical role model able to work with minimal supervision
