Responsibilities:

  • Establish credit facilities to support capital and operational requirements of the group.

  • Coordinates with other departments for any bank inquiries related to credit line renewal/increase, new availments, etc.

  • Responsible for monthly schedule of outstanding loan repayments/interest payments/fees related to bank credit facilities

  • Confirms loan repricing interest rates (if applicable) based on loan documents

  • Prepares documentation for new loan availment, loan repricing (if applicable), principal and interest repayments for approval of Treasury Head/CFO

  • Responsible for monitoring compliance on loan covenants and documentation related to bank credit facilities.

  • Coordinates with the bank on a regular basis for submission of renewal documents and other bank requirements.

  • Monitors renewal of insurance documents or other conditions (i.e. conditions precedent/subsequent) related to bank credit facilities in coordination with Legal/Insurance departments.

  • Responsible for monthly schedule of outstanding loan repayments/interest payments/fees related to intercompany transactions.

  • Preparation for payment endorsement (e.g. availment and settlement) and related documents (e.g. promissory notes).

  • Budget reporting and monitoring of balances.

  • Supervise Loans Management Section and ensure debt compliance in timely manner.

  • In charge of Treasury permanent files for Loans Management (facility letters, renewal letters, conditions precedent/subsequent, certifications, etc.)

  • Coordinates regularly with Controllership, Internal Audit, Admin, Corporate Planning and other concerned departments to ensure that Loans Management Section is in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements.

  • Recommends, implements, and mains process improvements.

  • Attends to other tasks/projects as assigned by the Treasury Head or CFO.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Course or in any Finance-related field.

  • Preferably with at least 3 yrs of relevant work experience.

  • Proficient in MS Excel.

  • Good written and oral communication skills.

  • Can work with minimal supervision.
