  • Act as the key liaison between the company and partner banks or financing institutions.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination and communication with bank partners.
  • Lead negotiations on interest rates, fees, rebates, and incentives.
  • Secure favorable partnership terms that align with company objectives.
  • Review and finalize MOAs and promotional agreements with banks.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, PMT, and Sales teams to develop and execute co-branded promotional campaigns with bank/non-bank partners.
  • Track campaign performance and provide financial analysis on ROI and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor financial impact of bank partnership programs, including merchant discount rate (MDR) savings, rebates, and joint promotions.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to evaluate partnership effectiveness and opportunities.
  • Stay updated on bank offers, market trends, and competitor partnerships.
  • Recommend new opportunities or improvements to current collaborations.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.


• At least 3 years of experience in finance, partnerships, or business development roles.


• Proven experience in bank negotiations and managing external stakeholders.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Canva, and/or Google Workspace are required.


• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
