About the role

We are seeking an experienced Collections Strategy Analytics Officer to join our dynamic team at City Savings Bank. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in optimising our collections strategies and driving positive business outcomes. Based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office, you will utilise your analytical expertise to provide insights that enhance our collections processes and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain analytical models to predict customer behaviour and optimise collections strategies

  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement in collections performance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and monitor their effectiveness

  • Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure compliance

  • Provide expert guidance and support to the collections team to enhance their decision-making capabilities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar analytics or strategy role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry

  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, modelling and data visualisation tools

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills

  • Proven track record of translating data into actionable insights and driving tangible business impact

  • Effective communication and presentation skills to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics

  • Fresh graduates are open to apply.
