Responsibilities
  • Handle invoicing, payment processing, and customer coordination.
  • Escalate customer disputes or inquiries to the appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices for our SaaS and GPS tracking services.
  • Ensure timely delivery of invoices to clients.
  • Review and verify billing data to ensure accuracy prior to processing.
  • Promptly resolve any discrepancies in billing information.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer billing accounts.
  • Manage recurring billing cycles and subscription renewals.
  • Address and resolve customer billing questions and concerns efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service to support strong client relationships.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing billing-related financial reports.
  • Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Billing or Accounting.
  • Proficient in MS Office and highly attentive to detail.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City, Philippines.
