Channel Development Manager

We are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven Channel Development Manager to spearhead the growth and operational excellence of our distribution network. This pivotal role is responsible for crafting the strategic direction, optimizing distributor performance across sales, marketing, finance, and operations, and ensuring strong execution of all distribution initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Distribution & Business Growth: Design and implement area-specific distribution strategies, lead business growth planning, and develop programs across Product, Price, Placement, and Promotion to maximize channel performance.
  • Operational Excellence & KPI Achievement: Drive strong execution to meet critical sales and operational benchmarks, including Net Sales Value (100%), Execution Score (80%), Call Performance (95%), and inventory management (Days Cover, NPI Placement).
  • Organizational Development & Coaching: Implement manpower planning, ensure proper staffing, identify training needs, and conduct regular coaching sessions (4x/month) to build the capabilities of distributor middle managers and teams.
  • Monitoring & Control: Facilitate regular business reviews, ensure compliance with company policies, and drive solutions to operational and customer-related issues.
  • Financial & Account Management: Manage and monitor trade program budgets (CTS), track utilization, conduct monthly reconciliations, and lead program execution and performance reviews for top 10 strategic accounts.
