About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven
Distribution Supervisor
to oversee the efficient movement, storage, and dispatch of construction materials, equipment, and supplies across multiple project sites. The role ensures timely delivery, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety and logistics standards aligned with IBC's operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring on-time delivery to project sites.
  • Monitor material requests, dispatch schedules, and documentation accuracy for all outgoing and incoming deliveries.
  • Implement inventory control procedures and support warehouse optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Project Teams to ensure alignment on material availability and delivery priorities.
  • Oversee fleet utilization and coordinate with drivers to maintain efficient routing and equipment condition.
  • Prepare and analyze distribution reports to support data-driven decisions and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and develop distribution staff to promote productivity, teamwork, and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution (preferably in construction or manufacturing).
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
