Qualifications
- A graduate of BS Tourism/BSHM or any equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- With a pleasing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments, verifying guest information, and issuing room keys.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including keeping all necessary supplies stocked.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services as requested.
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately, ensuring all guest information is entered correctly into the system.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all guest areas.
Job Type: Full-time
