Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments, verifying guest information, and issuing room keys.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including keeping all necessary supplies stocked.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services as requested.
  • Process reservations and cancellations accurately, ensuring all guest information is entered correctly into the system.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests.
  • Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
  • Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all guest areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php16,000.00 per month
