Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial risk-based assessment of company policies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Develop, recommend, and implement continuous improvements that enhance control effectiveness, streamline processes, and mitigate risks
  • Oversee and monitor the implementation and compliance of company policies and guidelines across all departments.
  • Assist and/or witness physical counts of petty cash, revolving funds, fixed assets, and inventory, ensuring accuracy and accountability on behalf of the company principals
  • Support reconciliation efforts and resolve discrepancies arising from physical counts, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure compliance and control
  • Conduct periodic internal control reviews and assessments to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance awareness by training and advising staff on best practices

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • Certified Public Accountant is required
  • CPA certification must be held at the time of application
  • Experience in handling a team is an advantage
  • With at least 3 years of experience in external audit or working closely with audit teams
  • With strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in business process analysis and systems evaluation/improvement
  • Willing to assign in Ugong, Pasig City
