D365 Finance and Operations Analyst

The D365 Finance and Operations Analyst oversees user access, addresses system issues, and reviews financial transactions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure. The role enhances efficiency by introducing automation and ensuring system accuracy through accurate configuration and secure access controls. This role works closely with finance, operations, and IT teams, maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation to support smooth business operations.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and role/position changes for D365 users.
  • Monitor and resolve SEAM tickets and other D365-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform daily invoice reconciliations, investigate and resolve invoice history errors, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Identify, develop, and implement automation opportunities to streamline routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate configuration, permissions, and security settings for all users and modules.
  • Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to support business requirements and system enhancements.
  • Proactively monitor platform performance and collaborate with vendors or internal teams to address issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years in ERP support or systems administration
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) administration and support (Finance & Operations module).
  • Experience with D365 automation tools or Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of ERP workflows and finance processes.
  • Knowledge of ERP integrations and related technologies.
  • Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and security roles within D365.
  • Familiarity with invoice processing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system errors and resolve technical issues.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
