ResponsibilitiesThe position is responsible for providing leadership to the Legal Corporate Services team in all matters assigned by the Director for Legal and Compliance, to ensure Suntrust and its subsidiaries are properly advised and protected from significant legal exposure.

Assist with the structuring of complex and high-value transactions based on a holistic legal review. Draft, redline, review, and negotiate complex terms and agreements with vendors and partners. Identify contractual risks and suggest alternatives that lead to optimal solutions.

Integrate legal, business, technical, and practical analysis when reviewing contracts and agreements. Provide legal advice and guidance on legal developments and relevant legal information to meet Suntrust's objectives. Interpret and apply laws, rules, and regulations to actual situations affecting the company's interests.

Assist with special projects as assigned. QualificationsBachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (J.D.)At least five (5) years of relevant work experience as a licensed legal professional

Updated MCLE and in good standing with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)Experience in a managerial role, supervising a team

Highly computer literate
