DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReviews policies issued by the company and other business units to ensure, among others, compliance with law and existing policies. Work with different departments in reviewing contracts to ensure that commercial, technical and other legal and non-legal terms are reviewed. Manage regulatory compliance, corporate governance and other compliance matters in the Philippines.

Research relevant rules and regulations and evaluate how they may affect the Company's innovative and growing business

Attends coordination meetings and proceedings in relation to its corporate projects

Provides legal advice to different departments and business unit.Support contract negotiation and collaboration with business teams to develop effective relationships with partners, contractors and vendors

Work with the company's key employees, project teams and/or the Chief Legal Officer on other special projects

Support the Human Resources Department on labor compliance and other legal matters.Represent the company in all its cases in court, tribunal and other government agencies exercising quasi-judicial functions

Handles due diligence activities in relation to the business and pursuits of the Company.Performs other related duties and special assignments that may be assigned from time to time.QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Bar PasserExperience:At least four (4) years of working experience in the same field

Must have good interpersonal skills

Must have good legal research skills

With strong negotiation skills

Must have strong leadership / Managerial Skills Above Average oral and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills.Trustworthy and can maintain confidentiality
