DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in building an ISO-compliance contract management anddocumentation;
  • Assist in preparing legal policies and legal documents pertaining tooperations and businesses of DMW Group of Companies;
  • Drafting of Master Deed of Restrictions, rules and policies relevant to theoperations of the DMW Group of Companies;
  • Review different contracts involving the business and pursuits of theCompany (real estate development, leasing and construction)
  • Prepares correspondences, pleadings, contracts, and other legal forms;
  • Advise the Company concerning business transactions, claim liability,advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights andobligations;
  • Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for the Company;
  • Prepares Legal Opinions and Memoranda;
  • Attends coordination meetings and proceedings in relation to its corporateprojects;
  • Attends meetings with corporate clients in relation to the pursuits andbusiness of the Company;
  • Handles due diligence activities in relation to the business and pursuits ofthe Company;
  • Works together and Coordinate with Associate Director for Legal.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bar Passer;
  • With at least 1 year working experience as Lawyer;
  • Analytical and with good professional disposition;
  • Dedicated in delivering output;
  • With good inter-personal skills;
  • Real Estate Practitioner is an advantage;
  • New Bar passers are welcome to apply but must be willing and capable to learn.
