Position Summary

The Manager of IT Compliance is a key technical leader responsible for driving IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives. This role ensures continuous improvement in security compliance, policy enforcement, and risk management across the organization. The position collaborates closely with IT, Internal Audit, Legal, DPO, and other business units to align processes and maintain regulatory and internal compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong cybersecurity expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to improving compliance within Solaire's IT operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee IT GRC programs, ensuring alignment with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems, networks, and applications.
  • Develop and maintain IT compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Collaborate with internal/external auditors and stakeholders to manage audit processes and evidence gathering.
  • Govern IT security policies and tools to ensure ongoing compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on security compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and improve access controls, data protection measures, and incident response protocols.
  • Support training and awareness initiatives to promote a culture of compliance.

Experience Required
  • Minimum of 5 years in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance roles.
  • Experience in regulated industries or with integrated resorts, hospitality, or similar environments is a plus.

Key Competencies & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Preferred certifications: CISA, COBIT5, CompTIA Network+.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, Data Privacy Act (DPA 2012), and NPC regulations.
  • Familiarity with Cyber Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK, and ITIL frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
