Position Summary
The Compliance Specialist ensures adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) regulations by monitoring and investigating patrons' gaming and financial activities. The role covers customer due diligence, data analysis, report preparation, record-keeping, and support in compliance-related initiatives, including training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and investigate gaming/financial transactions in line with AML/CTF policies.

  • Conduct due diligence on patrons, including KYC checks and research on sanctions, adverse news, and other risk indicators.

  • Prepare and submit CTRs, STRs, and related reports in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential compliance records.

  • Support and deliver AML/compliance training as needed.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years' experience in compliance, regulatory, risk management, analytics, or audit (AML focus preferred).

  • Background in the gaming industry is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and research skills in transaction monitoring and customer profiling.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

  • High attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of AML regulations and ability to influence and train others.
