Position: Overall Collection Supervisor:

  • Coordinate activities of LCCSI staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize profit loss while ensuring it is handled appropriately and per company policy.
  • Create and collaborate LCCSI strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt.
  • Assist LCCSI ADMIN to hire, train and evaluate staff members within the collections department to ensure a sufficient number of staff members are available to handle the workload.
  • Reporting and analyze daily Performance pertaining to the collection efforts and share with upper management and as needed.
  • Supervise everyday working of department operating process and increase efficiency of workers for various growth-oriented programs.
  • Prepare reports that include financial activity, performance outcomes, goal achievement and overall productivity to present to executive management
  • Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.

Areas of Responsibilities:

Supervise Employees

Evaluate Employees Performance

Monitor and report on department performance

Provide and conduct training

Administer all indoor performance in department through efficient coaching and mentoring.

Reporting to Upper Management regarding attendance and behavior and all employee related issues and Help to resolve issues and disputes

Prepare regular reports and billings on all clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
