About the role

Global Payments Process Centre, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Management Reporting Supervisor to join our growing team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will oversee management reporting operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in financial data presentation across all business units. Partners with FP&A and leadership teams to deliver strategic insights.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead a team responsible for preparing and validating management reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
  • Ensure all recurring and ad-hoc reporting deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and timeliness standards.
  • Collaborate with FP&A, Finance, and business leaders to align reporting structures and performance metrics.
  • Review variance analyses and management commentaries prepared by analysts for completeness and accuracy.
  • Drive automation and visualization initiatives using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL-based reporting solutions.
  • Develop and maintain the management reporting calendar, ensuring adherence to corporate timelines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including standardization and digital reporting enhancements.
  • Coach and mentor team members to build data literacy, analytical, and visualization skills.

What we're looking for

  1. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Analytics.
  2. With 5–7 years of experience in management reporting, FP&A, or financial planning.
  3. Must have strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL with strong data storytelling skills.
  4. Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  5. Advanced Excel and presentation skills.
