The
Senior Brand Manager – Buscopan
will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth across the
ASEA zone
, with primary focus markets in
Philippines (PH)
and
Indonesia (ID)
. Reporting directly to the
ASEA Zone Brand Lead
, this role leads the end-to-end brand strategy, execution, and performance for the full Buscopan portfolio.

Key RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy

  • Develop and lead the overall Buscopan brand strategy for the ASEA region, ensuring strong positioning, clear audience definition, and alignment with global direction.
  • Identify growth opportunities across markets (especially PH & ID) using consumer, shopper, and HCP insights.
  • Own the annual and long-range brand plans, including portfolio priorities, A&P allocation, innovation roadmap, and 360° activation calendar.

Brand Performance

  • Track brand KPIs across ASEA, with focus on PH & ID, and recommend corrective actions to close performance gaps.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, market dynamics, and consumer trends to support decision-making.
  • Deliver quarterly and monthly performance reviews with clear insights and next steps.

Drive & Lead Overall Activation (Consumer, HCP, Trade)

  • Lead the development and execution of all consumer, HCP, and trade activations to drive penetration, trial, recommendation, and visibility.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, medical/HCP platforms, e-commerce, pharmacy, and key retail channels.
  • Ensure all activation materials are aligned, insight-driven, compliant, and locally adaptable.

Manage Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with local marketing teams, sales, medical, regulatory, supply, finance, and global brand teams to ensure seamless execution and business continuity.
  • Drive alignment and collaboration across markets to share best practices, strengthen recommendation, and accelerate growth initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and keep everyone aligned on priorities, timelines, and brand objectives.
