● At least college graduate preferably in marketing, business, or any related course

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic graphics programs

● At least two years professional experience in a supervisory position

● Prior marketing or brand management experience in the personal care/cosmetics, FMCG, or over-the counter pharmaceuticals; managing an international brand would be an advantage

● Experience working with a foreign principal is a plus but not required

● Has excellent interpersonal skills and can adapt easily to varying situations;
