About the role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Alaska Milk Corporation. As our Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic brand initiatives to drive the growth and success of our iconic milk brand. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and market share
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of impactful advertising campaigns and promotional activities
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and communications, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimise marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve brand marketing strategies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor analysis
  • Excellent project management and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Proven track record of developing successful, integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional brand experiences
