Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Brand Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting brands as they enter Frankie General Store and ensuring their ongoing success. This role would not only focus on traditional marketing but also emphasize
community engagement, sustainability, and meaningful storytelling
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead in the onboarding and integration of new brands.
- Provide exceptional service and support to brand partners.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all brands and products.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently met.
- Monitor and report on the performance of brand initiatives.
Brand Strategy & Identity
- Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain the store's brand image.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (in-store, online, social media).
- Position Frankie General Store as a hub for sustainable and community-driven retail
Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
- Collaborate with the social media team to align digital content with brand objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and sales.
Market Research & Insights
- Analyze consumer trends and competitor activities.
- Gather feedback to refine brand positioning and improve customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for growth in both physical and digital retail spaces.
Leadership & Coordination
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, social media).
- Provide guidance to ensure brand consistency in all customer touchpoints.
- Report directly to senior management on brand performance and strategy outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in
retail, lifestyle, or community-driven brands
is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business management.
- At least 6 months -1 year experience as a brand manager
- Excellent skills in storytelling, branding, and customer engagement
- Ability to balance
creative vision with analytical insights
. - Leadership and collaboration skills to manage diverse teams and partners.
