We are looking for a Data Validation Specialist with experience in health and ancillary insurance products and benefit plan to join our growing team

Basic Qualification:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any related business course.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in relevant or related role/capacity.
  • Knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products and benefit plan designs is preferred.
  • Knowledge/Experience with HCM Solutions is preferred
  • HIPAA certificate required within 30 days of commencing role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, dashboard creation, and data management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, on a shifting schedule

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate documentation following established workflows and protocols.
  • Request and review carrier invoices, scrubbing data to identify discrepancies.
  • Verify plan-level eligibility rules directly with carriers.
  • Protect and secure all confidential consumer information in compliance with HIPAA.
  • Meet or exceed departmental performance goals and support audit compliance.
  • Perform additional duties and assist with projects as assigned.
