We are looking for a Customer Experience Renewal Coordinator with experience in health and ancillary insurance products and benefit plan to join our growing team

Basic Qualification:

  • Graduate with a degree or associate degree in a related business field.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in relevant or related role/capacity.
  • Knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products and benefit plan designs is preferred.
  • Knowledge/Experience with HCM Solutions is preferred
  • HIPAA certificate required within 30 days of commencing role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, dashboard creation, and data management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, on a shifting schedule

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, providing accurate product and service information.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure clear, professional communication.
  • Maintain and update customer records while ensuring confidentiality and data privacy compliance.
  • Create support tickets for Level 2 teams and escalate complex concerns as needed.
  • Prepare customer feedback reports and support team targets through timely task completion.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and participate in required training and development.
  • Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.
