Responsibilities

The
Data Quality Analyst / Information Controller
ensures the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all data used in the invoicing process within the Hemy 360 Software platform. This role is responsible for validating incoming information, managing ESG- and asset-related data requirements (such as GTIN, NOBB, and EFO), and developing workflows and rules that enable the automation of information control activities.

The position also includes designing workflow structures, decision parameters, and validation rules that support automated data verification; defining conditions, checkpoints, and logic for recurring information validation tasks; and collaborating with product and development teams to ensure solutions are technically viable and aligned with operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Data Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in data quality, information control, invoicing processes, or compliance is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ESG data and product/asset information standards (GTIN, NOBB, EFO, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of workflow design, business rules, or automation concepts is an advantage.
  • Ability to document processes clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using data tools, spreadsheets, and information systems.
  • Willingness to report to either the
    Alabang
    or
    Davao
    office, depending on proximity.
