Responsibilities

The Data Quality Analyst/Information Controller is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all information used in the invoicing process within the Hemy 360 Software environment. The role focuses on validating incoming data, managing ESG-related and asset-related information requirements (e.g., GTIN, NOBB, EFO), and designing workflows and rules that support automation of information control tasks. This position plays a critical role in improving data integrity, customer compliance, and operational efficiency.

It is also working on the design workflows, decision parameters, and validation rules that support the automation of information control activities; define conditions, data checkpoints, and logic needed to automate recurring information verification tasks in Hemy 360 Software; and collaborate with development and product teams to ensure the automated solution is technically feasible and aligned with operational needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in
Information Management, Data Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
.

Experience in
information control, data quality, invoicing processes, or compliance
is an advantage.

Familiarity with ESG data, product/asset information standards (GTIN, NOBB, EFO, etc.) is preferred.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Understanding of workflow design, business rules, or automation logic is an advantage.

Ability to document processes clearly and collaborate across teams.

Proficient in working with data tools, spreadsheets, and information systems.

Able to report to either Alabang or Davao Office (whichever is nearer to your location)
