We are looking for a Data Validation Specialist with experience in health and ancillary insurance products and benefit plan to join our growing team

Basic Qualification:

  • Graduate with a degree or associate degree in a related business field.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in relevant or related role/capacity.
  • Knowledge of health and ancillary insurance products and benefit plan designs is preferred.
  • Knowledge/Experience with HCM Solutions is preferred
  • HIPAA certificate required within 30 days of commencing role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, dashboard creation, and data management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, on a shifting schedule

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support initial case intake and vetting across Benefits Administration technology platforms, ensuring accurate product validation and integration updates.
  • Review, sort, and resolve discrepancy reports while identifying and correcting data errors or deficiencies.
  • Facilitate enrollment and eligibility issue resolution by coordinating with carriers through websites, spreadsheets, email, fax, or phone.
  • Maintain, update, and organize documentation following established workflows using Excel, OneNote, Word, and CRM (D365).
  • Perform verification tasks and connect incoming cases from stakeholders to appropriate records within BenAdmin systems.
  • Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, Data Privacy, security protocols, and company policies, reporting any incidents or weaknesses.
  • Meet department goals while supporting day-to-day BenAdmin operations, participating in training, and completing additional assigned tasks.
