Role Description

The IT Technical Systems Analyst (SA) implements and supports various IT applications or systems that enables business objectives. They collaborate and partner with the business units to ensure process are understood and optimized by providing the right technical solutions following the SDLC framework and other best practices. The role also participates in project execution by taking on technical tasks and working closely with the project team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT with at least 1 year hands-on experience in systems analysis, support, development, deployment, implementation
  • Experience in application development frameworks, cloud technologies, and database management systems
  • Experience in supporting business systems including integrations, compliance, and other best practices
  • Good system analysis or coding from support to implementing new business applications;
  • Able to understand business processes and provide solutions solution with the use of Technical Documentation and related tools for execution.
  • Has a strong oral and written communication skills able to manage alignment and participate in meetings with cross-functional groups
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle deadlines for multiple and complex tasks
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems independently.
  • Experience in conducting root cause analysis, troubleshooting system performance issues, and implementing effective solutions.
