The
Lead Systems Analyst – Integration
will act as a senior technical and functional expert for the
Consultant Management System (CMS)
, ensuring seamless system operations, enhancements, and integrations with other enterprise applications. The role requires close collaboration with IT project teams, business analysts, system owners, and end users to define requirements, analyze problems, design solutions, and implement system enhancements and integrations in compliance with organization's principles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT system owners, and developers to
    gather, analyze, document, and prioritize system requirements
    .
  • Design, implement, and test
    CMS application enhancements and integration points
    , ensuring functional compatibility and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Decompose high-level business and user requirements into
    detailed functional specifications
    , suitable for developers and technical teams.
  • Support the
    full system development lifecycle (SDLC)
    , including preparing test data, executing test scripts, and validating system functionality against requirements.
  • Provide
    technical guidance
    and support to business users and the service desk on CMS functionality, production issues, and ad hoc data updates.
  • Participate in
    peer reviews, impact analysis, and process documentation
    , ensuring clarity, completeness, and conformance to standards.
  • Handle technical tasks such as
    PL/SQL or Java code updates
    , report extraction, and data manipulation while preserving system integrity.
  • Facilitate
    knowledge sharing
    , mentoring team members, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Accounting, or a related discipline
    .
  • Minimum
    10 years of senior system analyst experience
    , including at least
    2 years working with senior users
    .
  • Minimum
    10 years of experience with procurement or financial-related applications
    .
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience implementing system integrations
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Oracle databases, multi-tier applications, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
    , and various integration techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of
    SDLC, system design, business administration, and operational policies
    .
  • Excellent
    oral and written communication skills in English
    .
  • Proven ability to
    analyze complex problems, anticipate challenges, and implement practical solutions
    .

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid work setup
    with mandatory onsite presence once a month or as required.
  • Standard work schedule:
