Role Overview

We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to support the Lead with the design, implementation, and optimization of the total rewards strategy and programs. This role will also support employee mobility programs and talent analytics initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

  • Support the analysis, design and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and programs aligned with business strategy and market trends.
  • Support benchmarking and market analysis activities to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Support the annual salary review process, incentive planning, and benefits review and renewal processes.
  • Conduct internal equity audits and recommend adjustments to address pay disparities and promote fairness.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting compensation and benefits, and ensure timely compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global corporate standards.

Mobility

  • Support the execution of international and domestic mobility programs, including expatriate compensation, relocation support, and visa/work permit coordination (in collaboration with external vendor).
  • Partner with global HR teams to ensure seamless mobility experiences and policy alignment.

Talent Analytics

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on workforce metrics, compensation trends, and talent movement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership based on data analysis.
  • Support strategic workforce planning and talent segmentation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in learning how to design (C&B) programs and policies, with a keen analytical mindset
  • Proactive, adaptable, and open to new ideas and approaches
  • 2–5 years of experience in compensation design and/or talent analytics—ideally within a multinational or professional services environment
  • Knowledgeable in HRIS platforms and data analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent analytical skills, with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
