Key Responsibilities

Compensation Management

- Administer payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing.

- Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market surveys.

- Assist in designing and reviewing salary structures, job grades, and pay scales.

- Monitor internal equity and resolve compensation-related issues.

Benefits Administration

- Manage company benefits such as health insurance, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), leaves, and allowances.

- Coordinate with third-party providers (e.g., HMO, insurance companies) to ensure seamless delivery of employee benefits.

- Communicate benefits policies and updates effectively to employees.

Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and internal policies.

- Prepare reports and documentation for internal audits, DOLE, BIR, and other government agencies.

- Maintain accurate records of compensation and benefits data.

Employee Support & Engagement

- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits queries.

- Assist in developing and communicating total rewards programs.

- Recommend improvements in compensation and benefits to enhance employee satisfaction.
