The
QMS Assistant Manager
is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) functions and Quality Management System (QMS) processes across BIGGS stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and compliance of QMS and QA standards across BIGGS stores.
  • Conduct store audits, monitor quality performance, and prepare regular reports.
  • Lead investigations and corrective actions for identified non-conformities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company quality and food safety standards.
  • Provide training and support to store teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Preferably with experience in Restaurant Management, Food Safety, or Quality Assurance functions.
  • Willing to travel across assigned areas in the Bicol Region and CALABARZON.
