I. JOB DESCRIPTION

Overall Purpose:

The Marketing Assistant supports the hotel's marketing, sales, and brand-building initiatives through creative content generation, social media management, website maintenance, and local promotions. The role ensures that all marketing and reputation activities uphold Ragazzi Resort Hotel's identity as
"Naga's Boutique Family & Celebration Resort."

All outputs are subject to the approval of the Managing Director of TOP Hospitality Management. In operational needs, the Marketing Assistant may assist in
Function Room or F&B service
to support guest-facing events and promotions.

II. JOB SPECIFICATION

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or Hospitality Management

Experience:

·      At least 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, or hospitality industry preferred

·      Fresh graduates with strong creative and communication skills are encouraged to apply

Skills and Competencies:

·      Proficient in
Canva
, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (preferred)

·      Knowledge of
Meta Business Suite
,
Google Business Profile
,
Tripadvisor
, and
TikTok

·      Strong writing and content creation skills (English/Taglish)

·      Basic understanding of SEO and website content updates

·      Familiar with
customer review platforms
and online reputation monitoring

·      Excellent organizational and reporting skills

III. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Social Media & Digital Marketing

·       Plan, create, and post approved content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

·       Ensure consistent use of brand tone, visuals, and hashtags.

·       Respond to online messages and inquiries within 12 hours.

·       Track analytics and prepare weekly engagement summaries.

B. Graphic Design & Creative Production

·       Create visual materials for promotions, menus, and announcements.

·       Produce short-form videos or reels highlighting rooms, events, or F&B.

·       Maintain photo/video library organized by category (rooms, dining, events, etc.).

C. Campaigns, Promotions & Sales Support

·       Execute
approved campaigns
for rooms, dining, and events.

·       Support
sales-driven promos
(e.g., short-stay, weekend, celebration packages).

·       Submit post-campaign performance reports (reach, inquiries, conversion).

·       Assist in setup or operations during promotional events if needed.

D. Website Management

·       Regularly update website content (rooms, promotions, contact info).

·       Coordinate with TOP Hospitality for layout, SEO text, and visual refresh.

·       Ensure all web listings reflect accurate details and brand visuals.

E. Reputation Management

·       Monitor and update
Google Business Profile
and
Tripadvisor
listings.

·       Upload recent property photos, respond to reviews courteously and professionally (upon approval).

·       Track review trends and ratings; report guest feedback insights monthly.

·       Coordinate with Front Office for guest review requests and follow-ups.

·       Suggest action plans to improve online ratings and guest perception.

F. Market Research & Competitor Monitoring

·       Track competitor promos, room rates, and marketing activities.

·       Submit monthly "Competitor Snapshot" reports with 2–3 insights or recommendations.

G. Collaterals, Printing & Outdoor Visibility

·       Coordinate printing of tarpaulins, banners, and flyers with approved suppliers.

·       Oversee placement of signage and outdoor advertisements.

H. Administrative & Operations Support

·       Submit
daily End-of-Day reports
and
weekly marketing summaries

·       Support in hotel events, functions, or F&B service when required.

·       Maintain a content calendar and ensure all deadlines are met.
