About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Administrative Assistant - Finance to join our team at JTSworx' in Naga City, Camarines Sur. This full-time, onsite nightshift role will provide critical administrative and financial support to our healthcare operations. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our financial processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the finance team, including preparing and processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and reconciling accounts
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and databases, ensuring all transactions are properly documented
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and other ad-hoc analyses as required
  • Liaising with internal departments to gather financial information and resolve any discrepancies
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Performing other general administrative duties as needed to support the overall business operations

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years' experience in an administrative or finance-related role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
