Job Description:
I. Lead, Manage, Holds Accountable by:

Keep expectations clear with direct reports, by conducting weekly L10 Meetings
Communicate well, no assumptions.
Have the right Meeting Pulse, making sure there is an even exchange of dialogue and
reporting measurables.
Have quarterly conversations with direct reports for continuous learning and feedback.
Reward and recognize by giving both positive and negative feedback quickly.
II. Market and Product Analysis on current economy and competition in the district for product enhancement to be the most competitive in the area, by:
- Analyzed system generated reports on captured industries per product and to generate
other demographics for market and product development.
- Attend economic forums conducted by business organization and LGU Economic
Development.
- Conducts regular marketing study to determine latest market financial demands and
needs, competitors' new products and strategies, new government regulations that would
affect current and future booking of branches assigned
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager assigned to the area to support special approved
projects, approved marketing campaign and branding, making sure that there is actual
leads conversion into bookings to attain MROI.
- Analyzes current process standards and metrics in order to provide solutions for
improvements.
- Leads in the data gathering, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and performance trending in
order to develop appropriate products
- Observes business opportunities in areas with no branch for possible expansion.
III. Formulate customized business solutions for clients in the district (Product
Development), by:
- Enhances existing real estate loan and vehicle loan packages based on current market
demands and trends.
- In charge of implementation of loan packages enhancement, in coordination with the
Branch Manager and Branch Account Manager/ Branch Account Supervisor
- Responsible in looking for untapped or potential markets in the assigned District,
including opening of new business centers/branches (would include identification of prime
location for the new branch or Business Center).
- Conducts market study and come up with new loan packages and recommends new
products for approval.
- Protects company branding by delivering the best customer experience.
IV. Identifies, monitors and develops network of Agents, Dealers and Developers, by:
- Tap salespersons with big network of businessmen, professionals, government officials,
and organizations
Tap agents with highest production with competitors
Recruit top real estate brokers as loan agent
Monitoring branch accreditation of dealers with in demand brand new and surplus trucks,
vehicles and equipment
- Monitor branch accreditation of RE brokers and Developer.
V. Ensure Client Retention through excellent client servicing, by:
- Promotes and monitors client retention status and continually assist the branch to ensure
realization of operational targets.
- Conducts survey from existing clients on their experience with the branch and address
common concerns of clientele
- Assists Branch Manager/ Accounts Supervisor/ Account Officer on closing accounts with A1 and A market.
VI. Ensure Branches are effectively implementing the strategies for Accounts through
consistent tracking and monitoring of results, by:
- Effectively communicates with oversight employees to let them know their key
performance indicators, and apply the necessary rules and processes due of the resulting
work performance.
- Provides technical training and development to oversight employees. Assures
accountability is maintained at all times.
- Leads in the continuous evaluation, development, and optimization/redesigning process
flows to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in over-all performance in respective
branches, and the entire organization.
- Evaluates job milestones or accomplishments and effect changes, when necessary, in
assumptions, directions, or optional courses of action/s for the success of the business
Job Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in business studies/administration/ management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role
- Field Marketing experience is a great advantage; with Vehicle and Real Estate loan background
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Can communicate effectively with different levels of people.
