The
Assistant QMS Manager
is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) functions and Quality Management System (QMS) processes across BIGGS stores. This role ensures that all store operations consistently meet company standards on food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service. The QMS Store Lead also monitors compliance with documentation and reporting requirements, conducts internal audits, and supports continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and compliance of QMS and QA standards across BIGGS stores.
- Conduct store audits, monitor quality performance, and prepare regular reports.
- Lead investigations and corrective actions for identified non-conformities.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to ISO 9001 and food safety standards.
- Provide training and support to store teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in
Food Technology, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering
, or other related fields. - Preferably with experience in
Restaurant Management, Food Safety, or Quality Assurance
functions. - Willing to
travel
across assigned areas in the
Bicol Region and CALABARZON
