Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing and billing clients
  • Tracking and recording payments
  • Resolving discrepancies and disputes
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Communicating with customers and internal teams
  • Analyzing and reporting on AR metrics
  • Reports to: Finance & Accounting Division Head

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Education – Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or any related course
  • Experience – 2-3 years of accounts receivable
  • Attention to detail: Accurate invoicing and record-keeping.
  • Communication skills: Effective customer interactions.
  • Organizational skills: Managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills: Resolving disputes and payment issues.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP)
  • Time management: Prioritizing tasks and meeting collection targets.
  • Negotiation skills: Collaborating with customers on payment terms.
