Overview

We are a global software company seeking a strategic leader to manage and develop the Accounts Receivable (AR) team. The role is responsible for executing and enhancing AR processes, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable team, setting performance targets and supporting effective team development.
  • Engage with stakeholders and provide regular reporting to ensure alignment and transparency across the organization.
  • Oversee the execution and governance of Accounts Receivable processes in accordance with service agreements and process standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous process improvements within Accounts Receivable to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Lead and contribute to automation initiatives within AR processes to support overall operational efficiency.
  • Oversee KPI tracking and budget management for the Accounts Receivable team to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance Operations and other functions to foster strong partnerships and ensure strategic alignment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ideally holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Finance functions (Shared Services experience is an advantage), including: Management of Accounts Receivable teams, Stakeholder engagement and reporting, and Continuous process improvements
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes
  • Experience in KPI tracking and budget management
  • Demonstrates a customer-centric mindset
  • Proven leadership and business partnering skills
  • Ability to drive change initiatives with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive approach to fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Amenable to work onsite or in a hybrid setup in Makati City.
