The Business Development Officer is responsible foridentifying and acquiring new distribution channels for our in-house consumer tech products and brand-distributed smart home and robotics products.

  1. Identify and strategize distribution channels to convert leads into sales.
  2. Support market and competitor analysis to guide business strategy.
  3. Build and manage relationships with clients, brand principals, and partners.
  4. Assist in supplier negotiations to maximize profit margins.
  5. Collaborate with Sales on pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  6. Analyze data to support Research findings and uncover market opportunities.
  7. Manage business development admin tasks.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations on BD initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2–3 years in business development, sales, or related roles—ideally in tech accessories, electronics, automation, IT, distribution, or FMCG.
  • Proven experience identifying opportunities and engaging external partners.
  • Knowledge of telecom, electronics, interior design, and retail networks a plus.
  • Familiar with foreign OEMs and Philippine distribution landscape.

  • Skilled in market analysis and strategic insight.

  • Basic understanding of negotiations and contracts.
  • Proficient in creating pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Experienced with iWork, MS Office (Word & PowerPoint); CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus.
  • Strong grasp of electronics trends and interest in AI and emerging tech.
