DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyzes current customer base, including portfolios, to identify potential sales and business opportunities.
  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product changes.
  • Develops in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and partners and industry trends.
  • Delivers the operating plan: achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels / categories of business and/or key customers.
  • Manages and implements marketing activities through research and strategic planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree Business Management, Business Administration. Industrial Engineer and/or other related courses
  • At least 3 years of work related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • In depth understanding on market and business research and development
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Business Understanding: Idea Generation / Innovation, Research and Development Product Management
