The Librarian is responsible for managing digital assets, claims documentation, and reference materials to support compliance and efficiency across pharmaceutical brands. This role covers Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Claims Library operations, ensuring proper organization, governance, and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize digital assets within the DAM system (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Ensure metadata accuracy, version control, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, legal, medical) for asset approvals and usage.
  • Support claims validation, metadata management, and quality control in Veeva Vault Promomats.
  • Maintain reference materials and ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Generate reports on asset usage, compliance, and system performance.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and system support.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience

For candidates with over 5 years of experience, having a background in a managerial role would be a great advantage

  • Experience in Generative AI (Gen AI) applications and tools.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar DAM systems.
  • Familiarity with Veeva Vault Promomats or comparable content management platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations (FDA, EMA) and compliance requirements.
  • Solid understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and workflow management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork and training.
  • Strong analytical skills to generate and interpret reports on system performance and asset usage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
