Key Responsibilities:

  • Process player payments, refunds, and withdrawals promptly and accurately.
  • Verify and reconcile online transactions across multiple payment gateways (credit/debit cards, e-wallets – GCash, Maya, GrabPay, online banking systems, crypto, etc.).
  • Coordinate with local banks, payment processors, and e-wallet providers to support payment-related operations and enhancements.
  • Monitor payment system performance and report any irregularities or fraudulent activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations (e.g. BSP guidelines) and global standards (AML, KYC), and data protection policies.
  • Coordinate with customer support, finance, and compliance teams to resolve payment-related issues.
  • Manage vendor and partner payments, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly payment reports for management.
  • Assist in system audits and maintain accurate financial and transactional records.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance payment efficiency and security.
  • Analyze digital payment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Support the rollout of new payment features and services in the Philippine market.
  • Perform tasks or responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management and Department Head.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in payments, finance, or accounting—preferably in the gaming, or online entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with online payment systems, digital wallets, and cryptocurrency platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of AML/KYC procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with gaming payment systems, merchant accounts, and fraud prevention tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • High integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, including weekends or holiday (if applicable)
  • Amenable to work at BGC, Taguig City
