About the role

iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's valuable assets and ensuring their efficient utilisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining detailed records of all company assets, including equipment, furniture, and technology
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to verify the condition and location of assets
  • Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of assets
  • Developing and implementing asset management policies and procedures to optimise resource utilisation
  • Providing reports and recommendations to management on asset-related matters
  • Collaborating with the IT team to manage the company's technology assets, including software licenses and hardware
  • Assisting with the implementation of asset tracking and inventory control systems
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices for asset management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of asset management principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in using asset management software and tools
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes
  • Experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred
