We're looking for a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, strong communication skills, and Python knowledge.

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Manila)
Contract: 12-month, extendable

Main Role:

Job Function: Business Analyst with light technical/configuration tasks
You’ll work on:
Business analysis
Software configuration (Python, Jinja/Nunjucks)
Collaboration with dev teams, clients, and stakeholders
Testing, documentation, and training delivery
Core Responsibilities:

Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
Understand client needs
Participate in internal and client meetings
Collaborate on design and prototyping
Software Configuration & Development Support:
Use tools like Python, Jinja, Nunjucks
Set up modules like Claims, Underwriting, Enrolment, Billing
Prepare test cases, do testing, document fixes
Client-Facing Collaboration:
Work with stakeholders to tailor solutions
Handle pre-sales and product demos if needed
Soft Skills:

Team player, proactive, analytical
Can manage deadlines, quality, cost
Client-facing, adaptable
Technical Environment:

Python (must-have or trainable)
Jinja/Nunjucks (templating)
Jira / Confluence (project tools)
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in insurance domain
Experience in claims, billing, underwriting
Basic scripting / config (Python)
Agile project experience
Strong English communication

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
