We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our business development efforts through lead generation and client prospecting. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and able to identify potential clients who can benefit from our accounting and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms and databases
  • Generate and qualify leads based on target industries and company profiles
  • Manage and update lead lists and CRM records
  • Assist in outreach efforts through email, LinkedIn, or other channels
  • Coordinate with the sales or consulting team for follow-ups and scheduling meetings
  • Perform basic administrative tasks related to client acquisition

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant specializing in lead generation/sales support
  • Familiar with lead generation tools, LinkedIn research, or CRM platforms
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
  • Lead Generation background in accounting, business, or consulting is a big PLUS

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php Php300.00 per hour
