Part-Time Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential business clients, candidates, and industry contacts through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other online/offline sources.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads for both client acquisition and candidate recruitment.
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, or social media to introduce company services or job opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or interviews for clients or internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and communication in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with recruitment team to align lead generation strategies.
- Prepare reports on lead generation activities, conversion metrics, and pipeline growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or recruiting/headhunting.
- Strong research, networking, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, and recruitment/job sourcing platforms.
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the staffing, recruitment, or business services industry is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php68.75 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
