Job Title: International Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Specialist
Job Type: Remote / Full-time or Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients abroad (US, UK, AU, CA, EU)
- Generate qualified leads via:
LinkedIn outreach
Cold email campaigns
Freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, OnlineJobs, etc.)
Facebook groups, forums, and other online communities
- Send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups
- Qualify leads based on agency services and client needs
- Book discovery calls or appointments for the agency owner
- Maintain and update CRM or lead tracker
- Meet weekly/monthly lead or booking targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation or outbound sales
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Familiar with CRM tools, Google Sheets, or Notion
- Knowledge of cold outreach tools is a plus (Apollo, Hunter, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with international agencies
- Sales or appointment-setting background
- Understanding of virtual assistant or digital services
