Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Melbourne Time
We are looking for a dedicated Market Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in the Australian market, preferably within service-based industries such as HVAC, home services, trades, or similar sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted lead generation for residential and commercial HVAC services.
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients across the Australian market.
- Manage outbound outreach via phone calls, email campaigns, and social platforms (LinkedIn, directories, etc.).
- Track leads, interactions, and conversion updates using CRM tools.
- Conduct follow-ups with warm and cold leads to convert them into appointments.
- Stay updated with Australian HVAC industry trends and local market practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in the Australian market (lead generation, appointment setting, or sales).
- Proven background in lead generation, telesales, or outbound calling roles.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written).
- Experience in service-based industries (HVAC, trades, home services) is an advantage.
- Ability to research market segments, decision-makers, and target industries.
